Off-Topic Thursday: Builder Friends
A “Builder Friend” sticks with you through long days and sometimes crazy ideas.
Everyone needs at least one person in their life that I call a “Builder Friend“. [Tweet this]
This is the person who consistently encourages you, compliments & praises you, makes a special effort to help you, and listens to you (including cultivating that environment).
They may not be like your other friends or “fit in” with them. They may not be your “best” friend or be someone you spend a lot of time with.
They may be, but not always.
They choose you, you don’t choose them, and there may not be any obvious logic to the connection.
You can’t be this for everyone in your world, but you can be for at least one person. And not everyone in your world is this for you, but I’ll bet at least one is.
