Reclaim Your Supernatural Kingdom Identity – Your Next Step

Hello, and welcome to the final video in the “Reclaim Your Supernatural Kingdom Identity” series. I’m Randy Crane, from Leaving Conformity Coaching.
You’ve received, and, I trust, benefitted from, some great information over these last 5 videos. Now that you know this, how does it show itself in your work, your family, your community? From this foundation it’s time to consider how He’s uniquely shaped you to serve Him in your world. Because ultimately even who we are isn’t about us.
In the Reflection questions that went with the last video, I asked you to consider if you truly want to know how to live out God’s unique purpose for you. On a scale of 1 – 10, how important is this to you? I hope it’s a very high number on that scale. If it is, you’re definitely going to want to hear what I have to share with you over the next few minutes.
We are saved to serve. Remember what it says in Ephesians 2: “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” We are saved by grace. We don’t have to earn God’s love or favor, and we couldn’t if we tried. But somewhere we got the idea that the opposite of grace is action. It’s not. The opposite of grace is merit. Grace doesn’t mean we don’t do, it just changes the why.
That’s where the next step comes in. You are valuable, unique, God’s workmanship, His poetry, His artwork. That’s what the word “workmanship” means. I’m sure you’ve heard that fingerprints are unique to each person, and that’s true. So are tongue prints and footprints. If God went to that much trouble to make those tiny, seemingly irrelevant, details unique, is it really so hard to believe that He’s done the same with the combination of gifts, talents, abilities, strengths, values, dreams, and passions that He gave to you? Aren’t these much more important than fingerprints?
God has given every single one of us a unique mix of these characteristics and traits, but what are you doing with them?
You know what your Supernatural Kingdom Identity is in general, but what is your specific mix of gifts, talents, abilities, values, dreams and passions that God has entrusted to you? What is your specific mission in the world, and how can that inform and create your goals and direct your daily activities so you can truly be the “you” God made you to be?
These are His resources that He has entrusted to you. If you give me something of yours to use and I don’t use it well—maybe I don’t even really understand what it is you’ve given me—then I’m being a poor steward of your resources. The same is true of what God has given us. If we don’t use it well, we are being a poor steward of His resources.
I’m sure you don’t want that, so what do you do about it? Take the time and effort to understand not only your Supernatural Kingdom Identity, but how He has uniquely made you. Get a good handle on your gifts, talents, abilities, strengths, values, dreams, and passions. Thoughtfully and prayerfully evaluate where you are, determine a plan to move forward, and then act on that plan.
