Who Else is Working on Your Dream?

Walt Disney had the idea for Disneyland, but it took more than just him to make it happen. He needed Imagineers to help design it, builders & landscapers to create it, and Cast Members to staff and operate it. Characters, ride operators, retail clerks, custodians, and more. Every one is necessary for the carrying out of Walt’s dream.

No matter what your dream, the odds are you can’t do it alone. You need people to be strong in areas where you’re weak, to help you see the blindspots, to encourage you, to challenge you, to pray for you, to go to bat for you, and even for you to delegate to. They are there to help you do the things you can do better, and do for you the things you can’t, but that must be done. This may be any combination of a Mastermind Group, an accountability partner, a book launch team, a counselor, a family member (especially your spouse), a coach, or others.

Don’t try to do it by yourself. Ask for help. Invite others to participate. If you really want to see it happen, make your (singular) dream your (plural) dream.
